This exceptionally moist and delicious banana bread is full
of toasted nuts with the wonderful flavor of cinnamon.
For a gluten - free and vegan version, replace the bread with toasted almonds, then serve with more
toasted nuts for crunch.
You might sprinkle some chopped
toasted nuts on top to give it a little crunch.
If you do
add toasted nuts and seeds, toss them afterwards with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and nutritional yeast.
Pulse 1/2
cup toasted nuts (such as hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, pine nuts, or a combination), 1 Tbsp.
Offer crumbled blue cheese and
toasted nuts as optional add - ons to build value.

Between the
rich toasted nuts and sweet fruit and chocolate, I'm always going back for more.
In a blender or food processor,
combine toasted nuts, garlic, salt and pepper and process until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
