toasted and it would be far
too wet to work for this
recipe.
Although sweet potato
toast took the blog world by storm this year, I wasn't
too interested in trying it until I saw this month's
Recipe Redux theme.
I was originally just going to do a basic avocado sweet potato
toast for this
recipe but the end result was a little
too similar to Tuesday's strawberry balsamic guac.
Obviously, this baked French
toast can be
too much for two people so you can make the
recipe in half or simply save it for the next day.
Although traditionally served warm and yes, this stuffed french
toast meal prep can be
too, this easy and healthy, high - protein, breakfast
recipe is actually best served chilled making it a meal prep dream.
Our easy
toast recipes make a great weekday lunch,
too.
