OK, here are some favorites we've been cooking up at my place: - vegetable curry (grind my own whole

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds: Three Ways Recipe
Toasting pumpkin seeds is fun and easy - and a great way to get creative with your
spice drawer.
In a dry frying pan,
toast the
spices over medium heat
for 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the
spices and the salt, stirring to
toast for about a minute.
Add all of the
spices, and
toast for 30 seconds or until aromatic.
