toasted coconut anything... especially paired with chocolate and caramel and more chocolate.

I usually soak oats in water or kefir and then add
coconut milk,
toasted desiccated
coconut, seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, nut butter, cacao powder or
anything else I can find.

toast recipe looks so amazingly decadent... also, I ADORE
coconut anything.
and then I haven't even started with the toppings: Berries, bananas,
coconut whipped cream, vanilla ice cream,
toasted coconut flakes, chocolate pudding...
anything you like, they are all wonderful!
I don't think they taste egg - y at all (if
anything they taste slightly french
toast - y), but I am also adding 1/2 scoop protein powder and ~ 1 Tb
coconut flour to each batch, so maybe that helps?
I fry or poach an egg I
toast 2 pieces of sourdough bread (use whatever bread you'd like that's just my fave) instead of butter etc I use
coconut oil then I mash up whole or half an avocado depending on how hungry I am squeeze some 1/4 lime or lemon into avo spread it on top of the
toast and sprinkle salt and pepper as well as some pine nuts (or
anything else you'd like to top it with) and when I have tomatoes I like to cut up a few and add them as well.
Hubs really likes them
toasted and he won't go anywhere near
anything with
coconut flour.
Toppings: matcha powder, dried blueberries,
toasted coconut, chopped nuts,
toasted sesame seeds, or
anything you can dream up!
I like
coconut in all forms —
coconut milk in curries and butternut squash soups,
coconut oil in baked goods, and
toasted coconut on pretty much
anything.
