We ate this alongside our mains the first go - around, but I served it atop brown rice with some chopped
toasted walnuts as a more substantial lunch itself.
Lastly, be sure to set a timer for
the toasted walnuts as they only take 5 to 10 minutes to finish toasting.
When I'm making vegan pesto, I generally reach for
