To pull everything
together I mixed up an easy
yogurt sauce
with citrus and a pinch of curry powder.

This is still a pretty basic gluten - free buckwheat - based pancake at it's core (although the ingredient list still looks long, the pancakes are quick to throw

together; creamy but still very light, made
with yogurt instead of the more traditional sour cream.
