doing intermittent fasting (ie eating in an 8 hr window)?

tolerance test altogether, continually mistaking lower fasting insulin for improved insulin sensitivity.
Metabolic ward studies have been
done on patients inflicting sleep debt and then running a glucose -

Further exams may be

test for contributing factors such as hormone levels, gauging one's insulin resistance, cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and glucose

do the
test or not is a good question to ask yourself and your doctor — BUT for many of my clients we
test their
tolerance to fructose with the challenge phase of the diet.

test their support structure so that the busy work that they delegate I know it's being handled efficiently.
