tolerate difficult feelings.
Since everyone is different, I approach each individual and each session with the desire to help you find insight and learn to
tolerate difficult feelings.

The mother and father who are open to and accepting of their own negative
feelings are far more able to
tolerate their child when behavior is
difficult and angry
feelings run high.
While some people like the intense heat of the traditional sauna, many find it
difficult to
tolerate, especially those
feeling ill.

feel comfortable complying with blood draws, physical inspections and all the other parts of routine exams that can be very

While most of us were never taught how to work with
difficult feelings (let alone how to
tolerate them without spewing them all over another) a few yogic stages of behavioral change can support us in mastering this worthwhile endeavor and permanently end unnecessary fighting.
Therapy can still be of value when couples are in crisis; however, it requires that both partners understand that it will take time to sort things out and be willing to
tolerate painful and
difficult feelings.
By increasing your ability to
tolerate difficult emotions via mindfulness, you increase your ability to
feel ALL emotions with less reactionary impulse or negative patterns.
