tomatoes (canned or fresh)
butter and onion.
I served it two ways, with my favorite easy
tomato sauce and then with a spinach and
butter sauce.
Add a pinch of salt and pull out the onion at the end, and you're left with a bright, velvety
tomato sauce with a rich roundness from the
