We got some of their raw caesar salad and raw bolognese stuffed

pesto for their courgette noodles.
I will be using the simple pizza dough recipe
for my base, covered in a fresh home made
tomato and chili sauce, topped with sun dried
tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and home made basil
pesto.
Any time you need at least a third of a cup of grated hard cheese, whether

The sun - dried
tomato pesto is not necessary
for enjoying the polenta bites, but I thought it added a nice flavor.
When I recreated this salad at home, I looked to David Lebovitz
for dressing inspiration, used my favorite
pesto for the extra burst of drizzled flavor, and roasted hella lot of eggplant and
tomatoes, because I like my salads jam - packed with ingredients.
