To fill the rest of the bowls, I included cilantro lime rice, pinto beans and cherry

So she came up with the idea of using an already spicy canned chopped
tomatoes, then adding fresh ingredients to the canned
tomatoes to make it a chunky
pico de gallo - type salsa.

Some home cooks use diced canned
tomatoes in their
pico de gallo, but this makes it too watery for my taste.
Big chunks are good when it comes to the fresh
tomatoes in
pico de gallo.
Will have to do this soon because we have lots of
tomatoes in the garden for salsa and
pico di gallo for the chips.
Made from juicy
tomatoes, red onions, and seasoned with lime juice, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno chiles, this
pico de gallo - style salad serves as a great appetizer, snack, or side dish for Mexican night.
To make
pico de gallo, toss
tomato, onion, jalapeno, garlic (optional) and cilantro in lime juice.
I removed and diced the eggplant, and transfered the
tomato and onion into a separate bowl to use as a kind of
pico de gallo over the top.

Might make a «
pico de gallo» with chopped
tomatoes and green onions, with some cilantro.
I think just serving
pico with the red bell pepper, onions,
tomatoes etc.stuffed in the avocado would be great!

It's a variation on
pico de gallo, but I used
tomatoes, shallots, cilantro, lime, garlic, loads of black pepper and of course, mango and pineapple.
Make a chunky

Lately I've been craving a chicken tender wrap, sub
