If
the tomato sticks to the pan excessively, add a splash of water.
If
any tomatoes stick to the pan, simply put them back on the tart.

The mixture is done when the
tomato sauce has darkened (but not burned) and
sticks slightly
to the
pan.

Deglaze the
pan with chicken stock scraping the bottom of the
pan to release any
stuck bits then add fish sauce, lime juice from 1 lime, almond butter and
tomatoes and bring
to a simmer.
However I found that there wasn't enough liquid in the
tomatoes to stop everything
sticking to the
pan when you boil for 45 minutes.

Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute, then add the
