Summer demands a shit
ton of hummus and veggies.
I eat chickpeas occasionally but for the most part, I don't really eat
a ton of hummus because I know it upsets my stomach.
I've been making
a ton of hummus these past few weeks and was wondering if I could do that in order to lighten the dip.

I highly recommend serving these falafel patties with
hummus, tzatziki, fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber and radish as well as a
ton of greens and herbs like fresh parsley, mint and lettuce.
There's
tons of veggies, spices, spice mixes, teas, olives, nuts,
hummus, grape leaves, breads and even a stand at the end with vegan cake and pie, clothes, kitchen supplies, jewlery and occasionally live music.
I love adding cilantro and jalapeno to my
hummus, and always a
ton of turmeric and black pepper, just to make it healthier.
