toned legs aesthetically pleasing, the strength that
comes with them acts as the foundation of every movement we perform, even outside of the gym.
I read your posts about body types and it
comes out that I am an ectomorph and a mesomorph and a year ago I have done squats and all the things you say to avoid but I don't really remember what happened with my
legs but it
came out I quit with them and I had really skinny
legs after that but I didn't felt they were
toned as much as their
legs are.
First of all, anything that really gets your heart rate up and that you can keep consistently is considered cardio so even if you just do a jog for 10 minutes, that is considered cardio:) Getting slim and
toned legs will
come from a combination of cardio (walking and running), weights and eating well.
The wide - brimmed hat mixed with the toggles on her coat and the deep, dark
tones paired with bare
legs — definitely something I hope to recreate for myself in the
coming months.
