Of course, with Black Panther set to release so soon, it's likely Marvel isn't trying to reveal
too much in trailers, which explains why
much of the
footage in this sneak peak isn't new.
On the documentary front, there is as ever simply
too much for us to be able to cover, but a few potential standouts are «Uncle Howard,» about a New York filmmaker who died of AIDS which features
footage of William S. Burroughs, Jim Jarmusch, Tom DiCillo and more; «Zero Days,» Alex Gibney «s investigation of malware used for international espionage; two docs on famous photographers in «Don't Blink — Robert Frank» and «Mapplethorpe: Look at the Pictures ``; and finally «Strike a Pose,» a film catching up with the original dancers from Madonna «s «Vogue» video, which sparked a craze and defined an era in pop.
If it was pre-alpha, fair enough, we couldn't assume
too much, but we have a master copy beta (not in an early stage), and quite a bit of gameplay
footage.
The last - minute conversion into three dimensions from standard
footage is one of the least convincing examples of the technology that I've seen, with sweeping wide shots across mountains wavering as if you've taken
