topped it off with kimchi, pickled carrots, radish slices, sunflower sprouts, scallion, and

You can
top them with chopped

rice vermicelli noodles or anything you like.

rice recipe is loaded with ginger shrimp, avocados, parsley and

Add healthy plant - based fats like avocado and olives, sprinkle in some shredded carrots and cauliflower
rice and add tomatoes, onion and
cilantro on
top.
I'm not usually a big bean person, but we made these tonight over
rice with leftover chicken, avocado and
cilantro on
top.
Add the
rice noodles and
top with the onions,
cilantro and mint.
Serve over orange
rice and
top with
cilantro.
I made the following changes out of convenience: added carrot and chard and a splash of
rice vinegar batter,
topped with sunflower seeds and
cilantro, served with a side of mayo and yogurt mixed together with some wasabi powder and chopped green onions.
Serve over steamed cauliflower
rice and
top with
cilantro.
To serve, put some of the
rice in the bottom of individual bowls,
top with the soup, garnish with
cilantro and serve.

Place the
rice wrapper flat in front of you and start adding the
toppings to the lower third of the wrapper (the side closer to you), adding mango, avocado, cucumber, lettuce,

So today, I decided to kick things off with this Vegan Wild
Rice Burrito Bowl
topped with Creamy
Cilantro - Lime Avocado Dressing.
I love them with
cilantro lime
rice, shredded chicken, slow cooker barbacoa,
topped with salsa,
topped with fresh herbs,
topped with cheese.
But we also like to eat it in
rice bowl form, with black beans, avocado slices, some fresh
cilantro, and even a few pieces of sweet pineapple, and if you can find some chili - lime cashews those are pretty great sprinkled over the
top too!
Put the vegetable red thai curry over some white
rice and
top with jalapeno,
cilantro and lime if desired.
Portobellos with Herbed Wild

rice and broccoli to each bowl,
top with a salmon fillet, pour on the curry sauce, and garnish with
cilantro and jalapeno.
Serve dal over
rice drizzled with yogurt and
topped with pickled onion and additional
cilantro.
To create an easy layered dip, I started with a base layer of Butternut Squash Frijoles followed by a layer of brown
rice with diced tomatoes, then chopped lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes and avocados and to
top it off, chopped
cilantro.
Serve as is or over brown
rice and
topped with
cilantro.
