Layer a cooling rack on
top of a cookie sheet (to collect all the excess moisture).
Lay a sheet of parchment paper out on
top of a cookie sheet and drop the dough onto it.
Place ribs over an oven safe cooling rack that is placed on
top of a cookie sheet.
Spray a cooling rack with non-stick spray and place on
top of a cookie sheet.
If you have a wire rack, put that on
top of a cookie sheet and place the rolls / wontons on top of that.
Place the wrapped pineapple onto the cooling rack on
top of the cookie sheet.
Place on a piece of foil on
top of a cookie sheet and place in the oven.

I just put the boule on a sheet of parchment paper on
top of a cookie sheet and pop it in the oven.
Transfer the trivet (set on
top of the cookie sheet or cutting board) into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes to an hour.
Place a cookie sheet on top of the electric frying pan and place the molds (a few at a time) on
top of the cookie sheet.
