So, with the combination of freshly picked zebra tomatoes and creamy burrata, all you have to do it throw it on
top of a toasted piece of baguette with a drizzle of olive oil and dust the top with some flaked salt and pepper.

It's great smeared on a biscuit or dinner roll, it's fabulous on
top of pancakes or waffles, it's perfect on
top of a sweet potato, heck, it will even make a plain
piece of toast extra delicious.
However, if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including bananas as part
of a whole meal then I would just balance them with some healthy fat (avocados, nuts, etc.) You could have a banana on
top of a
piece of sprouted whole grain
toast with some almond butter and that would be a good option.
To assemble take one
piece of the
toasted bread and spoon a small amount
of the zucchini mixture on
top of it.
Using a slotted spoon,
top each
toast with a heaping Tablespoon
of the honey balsamic strawberries followed by a few
pieces of fresh mint then serve.
Garnish
top with graham cracker crumbs,
pieces of Hershey's chocolate, and

OR even more options for using this recipe would be to put it on
