yogurt (recommend plain but if you need extra sweetness vanilla would work)

My version is a combo
of watermelon, strawberries and raspberries... which are then covered in
coconut yogurt, drizzled with honey and
topped with pomegranate seeds.
Almond Dip: 2 tbsp vegan
yogurt 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter 2 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup
top with a sprinkle

The next time you're in need
of a sweet treat, try the one that's replaced my late night cereal fix: plain whole - milk Greek

coconut oil, various nuts and seeds, caramel sauce (I used Date Lady ® Organic Caramel Sauce throughout the book because it's made from dates instead
of sugar), 100 % fruit spread, ground flaxseed meal, shredded
coconut, quick cooking oats and quinoa flakes.
For instance, these little cakes are perfect for enjoying with a cup
of coffee, tea, or with a dab
of unsweetened
coconut yogurt, nut butter, or an all natural fruit spread on
top.
Jamie suggests
topping the soup with
yogurt, but I opted for
coconut milk instead, giving the soup more
of a sweeter finish.
This granola is perfect by itself as a snack, with milk or on
top of delicious
coconut yogurt.
Here's a simple, basic stew
of potatoes and lentils that gets its kick from a cool
coconut yogurt dressing that's passed around for
topping.
I have made 2 batches
of coconut yogurt and both batches have had grey and pink mold on
top.
My best guess is that the crust was either from too much gelatin, or (more likely) from the
coconut oil on
top of the
yogurt hardening in the cold fridge.

Once fully cooled, your
yogurt may separate again, with some
of the
coconut oil hardening on
top and a clear or cloudy liquid on the bottom.
ingredients FOR THE CAKE: 1 and 3/4 cups all - purpose flour 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 2/3 cup vegetable oil (plus more for greasing) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 cup
coconut milk (plus 2 tablespoons) 2 lemons (finely grated zest, plus 3 tablespoons
of juice) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract FOR THE COMPOTE: 1 cup blueberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 3 tablespoons cold water (plus 1 and 1/2 teaspoons) 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch FOR THE
TOPPING: 1 cup plain
coconut - milk
yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 and 1/2 teaspoons confectioners» sugar
Mix the
coconut - milk
yogurt and vanilla together, spoon the confectioners» sugar into a tea - strainer, then sift it over the
yogurt and stir it in, too, before spreading and swirling this soft mixture over the
top of the cake.
When you're ready to eat the chia pudding,
top with a dollop
of coconut yogurt, a generous scoop
of muesli, and fresh berries.
Top with fruit, nuts or even a dollop
of coconut yogurt and this pudding will more than set you up for the day ahead.
These crispy strips
of coconut are a great snack and can be a deliciously crunchy
topping to granola, ice cream or
yogurt.
I thought about throwing a lot
of great - tasting flours,
coconut oil, flavored
yogurts, and fabulous
toppings to these pancakes.
A couple
of weeks ago when I was enjoying some homemade
coconut milk
yogurt my first inclination was to grab a bag
of granola and
top myself off.
For now though, I have my keto approved granola that I can
top my
coconut milk
yogurt with, enjoy as a bowl
of «cereal», or throw into a ziplock baggy to hide in my purse for nibbling.
To assemble the parfait, add a layer
of the berry sauce into glass, then
top it with a layer
of the
coconut yogurt, and continue alternating these two layers until your glass is full.
And in the midst
of that, I made gluten - free
coconut flour waffles with blueberries and homemade
yogurt on
top for my two older kids who are on the GAPS diet.
Re-heat as desired and
top each bowl with a tablespoon
of coconut yogurt and chives.
This little bowl is composed
of Anita's
coconut yogurt (a delicious dairy - free option),
topped with a small dollop
of raw manuka honey, and garnished with hemp seeds and pepitas for some fiber.
Top a bowl
of fresh berries with
coconut yogurt for an amazing and tasty summer treat!
