However, if you have diabetes / pre-diabetes and you are including bananas as part

These bars have a chocolate
almond base and are
topped with a decadent layer
of almond butter.
Drop 1/2 tablespoon
of Maranatha Maple

top of each frozen / hardened chocolate cup.

top of all this
almond butter perfection, we're adding chocolate chips.
Almond butter is and will always be in my
top 3 favorite foods
of all time.
I was out
of almond butter, so I used tahini when making this recipe and
topped it with cilantro - it tasted amazing.
While I like them riper than I did in my childhood days, there's a point where they are just to sweet for eating plain & are perfect for adding to oatmeal or
topping a piece
of toast with
almond or peanut
butter.
Divide the chocolate liquid in half and reserve one half for the «

In the morning,
top the oats with caramelized
almonds (see note 2), add 1 - 2 tablespoons
of this cinnamon pecan pumpkin
butter or roasted caramelized pumpkin (see note 3), and drizzle with maple syrup and pumpkin spice if you like.
Forgo the maple syrup and
top with homemade
almond milk and a spoonful
of nut
butter.
I'm supposed to take the medicine on an empty stomach so round one
of breakfast was the last fluffy pancake we had leftover from the weekend
topped with
almond butter, maple syrup, and defrosted from frozen bloobs mixed with chia seeds to make «jam.»

Fill each muffin cup half full with batter and then place two small dollops
of almond butter on
top and then
top with more batter.
In case you missed this dreamy pumpkin spice
almond butter the other day, I would HIGHLY recommend slathering a generous amount on
top of these pancakes and being the ultimate fall breakfast princess warrior.

I have used MaraNatha
almond butters for years, and I've purchased no stir varieties before but for whatever reason this size or this style (creamy) is kind
of runny even when I stir from
top to bottom thoroughly.
What amazing texture with the addition
of the cereal - This is screaming for some
almond butter on
top!
For extra flavor and fun, stir in a dollop
of peanut or
almond butter and
top with sliced bananas and a sprinkle
of hemp seeds for extra protein and crunch.
Melt the remaining 2 Tbsp
of almond butter and drizzle all over the
top.
Cashews are by far my favorite right now to make cheesecakes out
of and this Cashew Cream Cheesecake is on
top of an easy date and
almond crust (no
butter!).
