Sprinkle half of the leftover parsley, green pepper and red pepper
on top of egg mixture in muffin tin pan.
Cook under broiler for 4 - 5 minutes
until top of egg mixture is completely cooked through and starts to brown and get bubbly.
Arrange asparagus tops in a star shaped pattern
on top of egg mixture, just pressing into the liquid slightly (this will hold them in place and prevent burning).
Sprinkle a pinch of cheddar cheese on
top of egg mixture.
Arrange the zucchini on
top of the egg mixture.
Drop the 1 cup of blackberries that were not tossed in sugar over
the top of the egg mixture and do the same with 1/2 of the pecan pieces.
