My mods: - add onion to the vegetable mix - saute first to cut broil time - add a dollop of harissa on
top of the ricotta Enjoyed this atop a bed of linguine.
Toss sliced cucumber with lemon juice and arrange on
top of ricotta cheese.
Place a layer of noodles on
top of the ricotta mixture, spread with the remaining ricotta mixture, and sprinkle with another 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese before placing the last layer of noodles on top.
Also chopped fresh basil and just added that on
top of ricotta layer versus blending it in filling.
Layer the tomato slices on
top of the ricotta, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
In this savory galette, I use Swiss chard, onion and mushrooms on
top of ricotta cheese blended with herbs and lemon.
Lay about 5 - 6 pepperoni slices along the length of the noodle on
top of the ricotta cheese mixture.

- Pizza 1: Spread a layer
of ricotta cheese on the
top of the crust,
top with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms and
ricotta cheese.

of ricotta mixture on

They can be toasted by the half - dozen on a baking sheet set under a broiler, and served with a variety

This Caramel Apple Dessert Pizza is made with a

ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella and tomatoes on the bottom half
of each
of the rounds.
After I spread a little
of the vegan «
ricotta» on the cracker and
topped it with a mound
of the salsa, I had one last flash
of inspiration.
Serve in bowls with additional sauce on
top and a dollop
of Tofu
