If you're adding powder on
top of a liquid foundation, you wouldn't need a brush that's packed this tightly.

I also highly recommend buying a moisturizer with spf designed just for oily skin, don't use
liquid foundation on
top of your moisturizer just use the powder and you'll see a big difference in terms
of oil and shine control.
Now this is a powder
foundation obviously you use it on
top of a hydrating moisturiser, but you can use it as a setting powder on
top of a bb cream or a
liquid foundation, if you like using pigmented powders.
