I did this by just placing the bottom of the glass on
top of the cocoa powder, and this was enough so that the glass did not stick.
(Add the maple syrup on
top of the cocoa powder to keep the dust down.)

The divine chocolate
topping is simply a mix
of cocoa powder, liquid sweetener and a few pinches
of sea salt.
I left out the spices, used 1/2 cup
cocoa powder, then added chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut extracts and dropped a few cacao nibs on
top of each piece for what has to be the best fat bomb recipe I've ever had.
