I love
topping my pizza with tomato puree, lots
of fresh basil, sliced cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and then I sprinkle rocket over the
top of it!
Slow cooked in tomato sauce and red wine, our braciole recipe is made with thin - sliced
top round rolled around a filling
of Genoa salami,
fresh breadcrumbs, parsley,
basil and cheese.
But I thought I'd add a little summer flair by simply
topping those filets with some tomatoes,
fresh mozzarella and
basil, then finishing it off with a drizzle
of olive oil and reduced balsamic vinegar.
- Pizza 2: Spread a layer

Although my favorite thing to do is marinate them in some cider vinegar with chopped
fresh basil (dissolve liberal amount
of sugar in it to cut the pucker) for about 15 - 20 mins,
top the slices with a whole
basil leaf and a thick slice
of fresh mozerella.
It consists
of Roma and sun - dried tomatoes tossed with
fresh basil, pungent garlic, fruity olive oil, and sweet balsamic vinegar, piled on
top of toasted slices
of baguette, and finished with a blanket
of melted
fresh mozzarella.
Place
fresh basil leaves on
top of the mozzarella.

top it off with a little grated parmesan cheese and some
fresh basil to complement the flavors

Much to my delight, this recipe strikes the perfect balance between them, so you get a fluffy, moist cake with just the right amount
of sweet and tart,
topped off with an airy mound
of whipped cream frosting made with a
basil cream that's as fragrant as it is
fresh!
If you are not in the mood for creamy tomato soup, then skip the
topping and add a heaping helping
of fresh basil!
Top with a nice thick tomato slice, choose a ripe but firm tomato, another thick slice
of fresh mozzarella, some

That said, this tart reminds me
