If you're looking for something indulgent without stepping over the line, try spreading a little cream cheese
over top of a graham cracker and then topping with either fresh berries or jam.
Wait about 2 minutes for chocolate to melt, then use a spatula to gently spread chocolate chips into an even layer
on top of the graham crackers.
Using a spatula, spread the brownie batter on
top of the graham crackers so that there it covers them entirely and the top of the batter is somewhat level.
Use kitchen scissors to snip the marshmallows in 1/2 horizontally if using miniature crackers and place 1/2 a marshmallow
on top of each graham cracker.
I took her fabulous brownie and fused it with Stacey's version by spreading the batter on
top of graham crackers and topping it with vegan marshmallows.
After baking, Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over
the top of graham cracker and let sit for about two minutes.
Lightly cover
the top of the graham crackers with pumpkin cream cheese mixture, followed by the sweetened whipped cream.
Organic cashew butter (or peanut butter if you can't find cashew) spread on
top of a graham cracker, and topped with fresh strawberries.
Pumpkin, cinnamon, and
a topping of graham crackers... now you can have your pie for breakfast, and in healthy form!
