It's a one - bowl cake, with yogurt, oil, and eggs whipped up into a batter and the flour and leavening dropped right on
top of the liquid ingredients.

top of the stove and just let it simmer on low till much
of the
liquid evaporates or until I'm so hungry I just have to dig in.
I just took it out
of the fridge and it looked great on
top until I stirred... the coconut oil solidified on
top and the remaining
ingredients were
liquid below.
Pour the

top of the pancake mix.
