Pour mixture into cups, about 3/4
of the way, place foil over the
tops and edges and place
popsicle stick (buy them at the dollar store) in the slot and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
At this point,
stick your
popsicle sticks into the molds, through the vanilla layer, stopping when you hit the
top of the chocolate.
