Lay on
top of potatoes, sprinkle with more sprinkle herbs and parmesan on top.
Divide the potatoes into 3 plates, then add two fillets of cod to each plate on
top of the potatoes, add some of the homemade tartar sauce on the side of each dish and garnish with fresh parsley

Prick
top of each potato a few times with a fork, and bake directly on oven rack until easily pierced with a paring knife, about 45 minutes.
I'm surprised that I was able to
top any of the potatoes with it, seeing as how we couldn't stop snacking on it!
