Broil
on top oven rack for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through with toasty edges.
Place pan
on top oven rack; broil 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are light golden brown, watching constantly to prevent burning.
Make the salsa verde: Char the scallions using tongs over a gas burner, in a dry skillet or under a broiler on
the top oven rack, turning them often.
Move to
top oven rack and bake for another 10 minutes.
Adjust
the top oven rack to be closest to the heat source.
Place under the preheated broiler, on
the top oven rack, until the top starts to turn golden brown.
