of tests with
reading passages that sample some
topics only from the domains for that grade, they would sample from all
of the domains in the current and prior grades.
Students

of Wakaz Hassan, a former ISIS fighter, in order to understand how authors illustrate the complexity
of a particular
topic.
Since
reading comprehension depends chiefly on knowledge
of the
topic (including the vocabulary) in the
passage, the student with that knowledge has a large advantage over the student without it.

passage of an act through Parliament, along with the role
of Hansard for Second
Reading speeches in order to interpret government intentions when introducing legislation.
