From grilled vegetables to pulled pork and homemade sauces, our fresh sandwiches and
topped focaccias are served on our fresh bakery bread.
Instead of using an excessive amount of cheese or meat, Paul Kahan
tops the focaccia with tangy marinated kale, soft and sweet slices of winter squash and a few shavings of nutty, salty pecorino cheese.
I topped this focaccia with macerated sweet strawberries and cinnamon sugar.
You can
top this focaccia with anything, but I have to say that my combination of red grapes, roasted acorn squash and kale pesto is a keeper.

Focaccia is really easy to make, I think the easiest of all the rising breads that I've made and you get to poke fun holes in the
