With that being said, there are two things I will do different next time, A -RCB- make sure I have enough
dark chocolate in the house, then increase the 1/4 cup
dark chocolate to 1/3 cup and sprinkle the
top with more
dark chocolate or semi-sweet
chocolate chips, rather than the Hershey's bar.
Once cool, melt the
dark chocolate in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water, then spread
in an even layer over the
top of the brownies.
I
topped mine with a tiny bit of sugar free
dark chocolate and chopped almonds too and they are exactly like a Mounds
in flavor!
It was a winning recipe back then and now it's gone even healthier with a green frosting
in place of the
dark chocolate topping.
I went to work right away, filling each triangle and then drizzling the finished product
in dark chocolate and
topped with pearl sugar.
They are
topped with a
dark chocolate ganache and dipped
in shredded coconut.
Mini
chocolate matcha cream tarts have a matcha pudding filling
in a rich
dark gluten - free cocoa almond cookie crust (with a bittersweet
chocolate shell) and pillows of vanilla whipped cream on
top!
2.7 oz (80 g)
dark chocolate 5 Tbsp (76 g) unsalted butter 4 eggs, separated 2/3 cup (80 g) coconut sugar (or other natural sugar) 1/2 cup (50 g) hazelnut meal (or bleached hazelnuts ground
in a food processor) 1/3 cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tbsp brandy or rum (optional) Powdered sugar for
topping
In addition to
topping with melted
dark chocolate (70 %), I also sprinkled crumbled walnuts on
top.
Once you have your pancake stack,
top with the raspberries, chia jam,
dark chocolate and drizzle with fruit syrup and tuck
in!
Sprinkle the coconut ribbons, chopped macadamia nuts, and chopped
dark chocolate on
top of the cookie (
in that order) slightly mounding
in the center if you'd like (or you can do it evenly across, up to you!).
This pudding recipe marinates
in coconut milk overnight and is
topped with fresh pomegranate seeds, semi-sweet
chocolate (we prefer
dark varieties), and shredded coconut
in the morning.

dark chocolate adds just the right touch of additional sweetness, and I added some sliced almonds on
top as well for a little crunch
in every bite.
