Maybe loads of roasted cauliflower with
a topping of hummus for me!
To spruce up this spread, take your favorite olives or sundried tomatoes — pictured are castelvetrano olives, Sicilian olives that are more delicious than anything in the world — and place on
top of your hummus for garnish.
Combine the topping ingredients and spoon on
top of the hummus.
Place the cooked falafel on
top of the hummus and tabouleh and finish with some fresh parsley, smoked paprika and lemon juice.
Sprinkle the spinach on
top of the hummus layer leaving a 1 - inch border of hummus on the edge.
Sprinkle paprika on
top of the hummus.
For serving, create some waves in
the top of the hummus.
Pesto is crazy versatile and I usually have a batch of some variation in the fridge - I use it as salad dressing, toss it with roasted veggies, mix it with cooked grains, drizzle on avocado toast, and throw it on
top of my hummus (a must - try).
The mince mix is also very versatile; you could have some on
top of the hummus bowl and then use the leftovers stirred through zucchini noodles, on top of a baked sweet potato, underneath some poached eggs, etc..
Add a small handful of the salad on
top of the hummus.
Not exact matches
Let's just plop that hideous Giant Spider Tower on
top of your house and you can serve
hummus to them donning your favorite potato sack.
Once sweet potatoes are done,
top each piece with a dollop
of the
hummus and
toppings of your choice.
Spoon the
hummus into a shallow bowl and

of olive oil and some toasted pine nuts.
A little bit drizzed on

Use the spices generously, there is nothing worse than a bland
hummus and don't forget the nigella seeds on
top, they really add a little bit
of extra something.

top of it and making healthy take - away dinners (like the one in this post), and buying shitty dinners while on break (READ: crackers, carrots and
hummus OR tea and a bagel).
my favorite thing to do is get a bowl
of hot soup and then put a scoop

of herby garlicy chickpeas... and those hit the bread... then I suddenly started adding an egg on

While I've been a huge fan
of their
hummus for years, I hadn't realized that they also make veggie dips, salsa, guacamole and other tasty spreads and salads like bruschetta
topping (my fiance's absolute favorite).
I took some
of the leftovers for lunch
topped with lettuce and roasted red pepper
hummus.
Halve the sweet potatoes and
top them with a dollop
of hummus, the avocado, a crumbling
of tofu or feta cheese and a sprinkling
of dukkah.
When the veggies and flatbread are cooked, flip the flatbread out
of the skillet onto a large plate and
top with the
hummus spread, a sprinkling
of fresh arugula or spinach, and then arrange the roasted vegetables over the
top.

of nose to tail veggies, I present you with a flavour packed vegan dish
of beautiful maple and spice roasted Dutch carrots on a bed
of garlicky carrot

Top with things like
hummus / pesto / tomato sauce as a base, loads
of roasted veggies, your fave herbs / spices and some chickpeas / lentils for extra protein.
