toppled out of my chair — you don't get questions like this from someone with whom you've worked for years — until I realized that someone new to the book blogging scene would have no reason to have any knowledge about requesting review copies from publishers.

of my twins has had enough eating, he undoes his own high
chair buckle and just starts standing up in the
chair, watching us until we notice and come running over, before he
topples out.
Somethings that may help are watching
out that your tot isn't getting a snack very close to a meal, starting the meal sooner than later so that hunger is not overwhelming, serve only one bite on the tray or table — so no plate or cup at this stage (you can bring them back in time when meals are calmer again) be sure your 2 year old is safely secured in the
chair so that you can eat in peace without worries
of standing up /
toppling over becoming an issue.
