Now that it's just my husband and me, I turn to avocados — and especially California avocados — to add creamy goodness — at

lunch in our sandwich or salad.
In Spain we normally eat
Tortilla Española for almuerzo (
lunch) or for dinner, it's not necessarily a
breakfast item.
In Mexico, they are typically eaten for
breakfast or
lunch as a way to use up leftover chile - stewed meats and vegetables and stale
tortillas from the night before.
Furthermore flour

lunch and dinner.
