On a separate parchment lined baking sheet,
toss the sliced mushrooms with another 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, coconut aminos, grated garlic and another small pinch of salt and pepper.
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and
toss sliced mushrooms with 2 tsps olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Saute up some onions until they begin to caramelize,
toss some sliced mushrooms into the pan and cook down.
