I'm relatively optimistic that we'll deal with climate change, what I'm not optimistic about is whether we'll manage to deal with it in anything resembling an «easy» way — I forsee us getting to a point mid-century (or even earlier) when we finally realise we're basically f*cked if we don't get CO2 levels down to something like 350ppm / quickly /, and we have to put the whole world's economy on
a total war footing in a desperate attempt to get there.
The report notes Gulf Coast ports are also winners in the trade
wars, particularly Port Houston, which was the strongest port - centric industrial market in the U.S., averaging 2.3 million square
feet of
total net absorption over the past 10 years.
