totally out of an author's control could destroy a book's chance of success.

out to someone who read a book on necromancy (long island medium) and was

author wrote and was now at «peace» from reading about the endless cycles
of death — i.e. soul coming back as such... dying then coming back again as another.
I can see how one can look at this idea and look at the following examples in Hebrews 11 as «Because they were sure they would get this reward, they did this thing» but as the

out in verse 39 that they didn't get what they imagined they would, so if we understand faith as «being sure» it would turn
out that it is «being sure»

of our hopes, a realization that the

out is greater than we could expect and be sure in.

of a money grubber) I've read the book and it's filled with tips on how indie

My business demographic is also
authors and I do see a lot
of the same on Twitter however, through building relationships and interacting, and providing helpful, practical content, I've built a strong fan base who are eager to purchase my first business book (sent
out in a free «challenge» via email earlier this year)-- my non-business books are branded differently and under a

author account.

As for citing Smashwords and
Author Solutions in the same breath... This really shows how
totally out of touch you are with what's happening in the self - publishing world.
I've workedin a publishing house and seen the huge amount
of promotional work that goes into it, like sending
out a hundred books to different media outlets for reviews and a hopeful
author interview, and that's extremely difficult for self - published
authors to do — many places will
totally ignore a press release for a book that has the
author name and no publisher (i.e. self - published).
I just don't know... I
totally understand that priority # 1 for many
authors is getting their book
out there and reviewed, but... taking the time to find
out of a blog is still active and if they even review should be the first step.
BUT, it could also mean that as an indie publisher /
author — you need more room in your storage; your work has taken you in another direction and you just want to clear
out some
of your inventory to make room for more; or it even could be that you have
totally re-purposed the book and you want to clean house to get ready for the new baby.
According to the
author, squeezing champagne
out of a tap water budget is
totally achievable for those in the know.
