a touch more almond milk than the recipe calls for.

It's little
more than a standard overnight oats recipe, following the usual formula of one part oats to two parts liquid (unsweetened
almond milk, in this case), one part fruit (mashed banana), and a little something for flavour stirred through (a
touch of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt).
Almond milk also has a
touch of sea salt added to it, so it enhances the taste of the fruit in this recipe even
more so.
