Using an unsweetened variety will change the flavor slightly, which may be perfect for you, or may prompt you to
add just a
touch more
sweetener (
of your choice).
What to eat instead: Buy some plain, organic Greek style yogurt and
add your own fruit and a
touch of natural
sweetener, like Stevia or coconut sugar.
