I did add just
a touch of almond milk as it was pretty thick.
What resulted was the fluffiest vanilla almond cake, flavored with
a touch of almond milk and vanilla extract, kept soft and supple with a little cornstarch, with a baking time that, despite using only egg whites, kept the crumb moist.
Combined with chocolate crispy rice cereal, dried strawberries and coconut flakes, I poured
a touch of almond milk over the layers to make my parfait perfection.

I personally started making my own
almond milk - using 1 cup
of raw
almonds (pre soaked), blended with 3 cups
of water, a
touch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, a sprinkle
of cinnamon, and a few drops
of pure stevia extract (or 1 date).
I love vanilla so I added a
touch of vanilla and some
almond milk and ate it like oatmeal.
To thicken these oats up a bit, I used ground chia seeds instead
of whole (which adds a better texture, in my opinion), a
