This paleo fruit and nut bread is an amazingly nutrient rich food, made with a base of almond meal, mashed banana, a couple of eggs and
a touch of coconut oil — the rest is a boatload of chopped dried fruits, nuts, and seeds.
Sometimes when I have energy ball mixtures that aren't sticking as much as I'd like, I'll add a tablespoon of almond butter or
a touch of coconut oil to give that moisture boost that I need.

of coconut oil with about 15 minutes left and it made a nice finishing

Things I changed: - cut the sugar by about half, using mostly dark brown sugar for the molasses kick - scratched the nutmeg and allspice but added about 1/3 extra

I love the idea
of creating a bowl with the squash by cutting it in half lengthwise, then rubbing it with a nice layer
of ghee (
coconut oil, or just plain old butter work well, too), and then topping it with garam masala and a
touch of organic honey.
