All of these are fine — in fact they are commendable — as long as they
fit into the context of a life lived
towards God, as long as they do not
become direction - giving gods themselves.
My quest (which can be appropriately defined as a journey
towards a goal) is not only to lose weight, but to lose body fat, gain muscle and basically
become the
fittest version of myself that I've ever been.
As your natural bodybuilding training
becomes a natural part of your life, and you are moving
towards achieving, or have achieved, your optimal
fit body, you will feel a great sense of satisfaction.
Once you're on board, everything is going to
fit together and your path
towards healthy living will
become easier.
