For me - it's the little details that I get from watching these videos, like putting a rolled small
towel under your breast to lift it up a little bit while babywearing and breastfeeding.
Not exact matches
Nipple rolling, rubbing with a terry cloth
towel, Hoffman's exercises (areolar stretching), avoidance of soap on nipples, masse cream or other ointments, air exposure
under clothing,
breast shells, and nipple stretching... gone are those days, and for good reason.
Another thing you can do is you can also use maybe a rolled up
towel or a baby blanket, and put it
under your
breast to help kind of hold up the weight of the
breast.
If you are large
breasted, a
towel roll tucked
under the
breast against the rib cage can lift the
breast enough for the infant to grasp the nipple easier.
Rinse the chicken
breasts under cold running water, then blot them dry with paper
towels.
