CLIFTON PARK — The
town's ethics advisory board ruled Tuesday night that Saratoga County Supervisor Jonathan Schopf is violating Clifton Park's ethics code by
representing certain legal clients who appear in
town court.
Schopf asked the ethics board to provide a decision on the matter a month ago in light of the justices» refusal to hear cases
