Showing children how to pick up and put away their
toys at an early age is a good way to start instilling a sense of responsibility and cut down on the
clutter in your

Another great tip I remember reading when trying to keep a fairly
clutter free / tidy
home with small children was to have a small
toy box
in every room, so that at the end of the day, a quick run round per room and popping off
toys into the box would take 5 minutes and giving you some

toy free living space.
This includes personal items, clothes that you won't need until next season, or
toys or other items that
clutter up rooms
in your
home.
From sorting out
clutter on the kitchen worktops to making sure all the kids
toys are stored away
in the cupboard, this is an easy, cost - free way of ensuring your
home looks good.
As soon as I cut through the
clutter (hmmm... new file folders, binders, etc might come
in handy) I am tackling the kitchen and reclaiming the dining room from the moutain of
toys that have found their
home there.
