Step out to left side sitting back into right hip (be sure the knee isÂ
tracking over the toes) and straightening left leg.
Keeping the knees
tracking over the toes will produce the least internal load on the soft tissue surrounding your knees, thus keeping them functional and healthy.
Sink your back kneed towards the floor, ensuring your front knee
tracks over your toes.
Keep the weight back in your heels and squat down, allowing your knees to
track over your toes and keeping your chest up.
Jump again, this time landing in a wide sumo squat, knees
tracking over your toes.
Once you touch the box your shins should be perpendicular to the ground as opposed to your knees
tracking over your toes.
A proper squat — weight on the heels, knees
tracking over the toes, back straight — has many benefits.
Not exact matches
Track the front knee
over the middle
toes of the front foot.
If your knee is
tracking too far forward and is
over your
toes you may need to lengthen your step.
Be mindful of your knees, they should
track in line with your
toes as you come down and not go
over them.
Your knee must be
tracking over your second
toe for this to be accurate.
Ensure that your knees
track out
over your
toes during the stroke.
Elevated heels will change the pelvic angle and encourage the knees to
track forward
over the
toes.

Lack of depth - open your stance, turn your
toes out up to 30 degrees (remember to keep your knees
tracking straight

It is important that the knees
track properly
over the
toes when climbing, stepping, jumping, landing, and squatting.
There should be no assistance from the opposite (non-working) leg, the trunk should remain as vertical as possible, and the knee of the working leg should
track over the middle
toes.
