In most of the introductions I
read (Genesis, Isaiah, Mark, John, Hebrews, 1 Peter, 2 Peter - I haven't yet
read the introductions to Matthew, Luke or Acts) there is little evidence that the
author of the notes believes in the
traditional authorship.

If you
read a webpage that authoritatively states that burdock can detoxify and remove impurities from your body, then the
author is likely taking
traditional, alternative medicine as gospel and not being scientific.

I have
read alot of
traditional authors who works suck and have so many typos should we lump all of those together?
There are many great and experienced editors in
traditional publishing who can help a book become better for the
author, but at this point, with
traditional publishing in the state it's in, I'll take my chances on a couple of friends
reading the book.
The Big 5 or any
traditional publisher will give the
author no say and choose an illustrator who can imagine what no one else could possibly imagine from the words, and they might draw a child bouncing on a bed with crumpled sheets as waves, and the pet dog, representing the shark, jumping in the bed as well — creating a far more rewarding
reading and visual literacy experience for the reader.

I used to stress about bad reviews, my ego throbbing like a bee sting, but then I

author John Locke (who set the record for eBook sales and is starting to turn «
traditional publishing» into a bad word) that completely changed the game:

author's backlists and there aren't enough new books being published through
