Tell me I'm not alone in this: You saw Ratatouille, fell in love with Remy (though you still jumped a foot in the air when you saw a significantly less - charming rodent scamper across your path on the way home) and found yourself with a pressing craving, not for the heavy and
too - often soggy
traditional Provençal ratatouille, but that kaleidoscope of spiraled
colors they served to the haughty and (spoiler!)
Pretty and pastel, this one stands out among
traditional train sets that are typically decked out in dark or primary
colors (much
too boring for fancy fairies).
So I totally didn't do this fun room justice because I am way
too serious to do silly poses where it looks like you are falling down into a hole... the room was specifically designed for that but instead I stuck with the
traditional blogger pose in front of a
colored wall haha!!
Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with
traditional fall
colors and I still love them
too (because let's face it, that's the way God made it;) but I'm seeing a lot of people step out of the box with their fall decor this year and I'm absolutely loving it!!
In fact, even though it's a
traditional warm weather
color for me, I've found it sneaking into my winter looks
too... especially this winter.

traditional Christmas
colors, they work for after the holidays
too!
I love the way it looks with the fall
colors right now, and I'm thinking it'll be a great backdrop for Christmas decorating

I can imagine some more
traditional painters objecting, saying your
colors are
too saturated or the space is
too flat.
If you're applying to a more
traditional company, don't get
too crazy, but feel free to add some tasteful design elements or a little
color to make it pop.
We went with non
traditional colors, this year,
too.

I am with you I love the
traditional Fall
colors but the neutrals have really grown on me
too, so I use
traditional in most of the rooms, and I do my living room in neutrals so I get the best of both worlds.
Get rid of the bright red carpet on the stairs, go with something more
traditional and add some
color to the rest of the house,
too much white.
Traditional Safavieh or Surya rugs tend to focus on
colors like brown, gray, navy blue, white, red, and green, although there are other
colors you might find in these rugs,
too.
Also, by keeping with a limited
color scheme we were able to combine all the styles that Eden is drawn to (
